Order Processing

We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. Most orders typically ship within 1 business day. Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking information, so you can get ready to welcome your new rug.

Freight Shipments

For packages over 108 inches, freight shipping is required. Freight shipments can take up to 2 weeks for delivery and will require an appointment to receive the package. We’ll work with you to ensure a smooth and convenient delivery process.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. You’ll receive a unique tracking number for each shipment, allowing you to monitor the status of all your items.
